Products
Fine-art prints are produced on demand and shipped by our print partner (Gelato / Prodigi). Digital licenses are delivered as downloadable files through our checkout partner (Gumroad). Colours may vary slightly between screens and print.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is processed securely by our checkout partners. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery
Prints are produced and shipped worldwide on demand; production and delivery times vary by destination and partner. Digital licenses are delivered immediately after purchase by email/download link.
Right of withdrawal
For physical prints, EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw — except items made to order (print-on-demand may be exempt as personalised goods). For digital downloads, the right of withdrawal is waived once the download has started, with your prior consent. [Confirm your final policy.]
Defective or damaged items
If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact whiteandblackscenes@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
Licensing terms
Personal licenses are for private, non-commercial use. Commercial licenses cover the usage specified at purchase. Licenses are non-exclusive unless agreed otherwise in writing. Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.
Governing law
